Training & support for teams

The development continues in the handling. Dtouch supports teams to understand the paths, settings, exchanges and controls of their applications.

Starting from work situations

The support is built around the operations that people carry out: preparing a file, producing a document, consulting a result and dealing with a discrepancy.

Technical information is linked to its practical consequences. The teams must be able to situate their action within the overall functioning.

Organize transfer between professions

The course includes training and support for Reymann teams, client graphic designers and offshore partners. The same tools can be used with different responsibilities.

The transmission specifies the instructions, the expected resources and the validation steps. Discussions with the people concerned make it possible to adapt the explanations to real uses.

Building on files and examples

The sessions and getting started materials use representative cases. A difficulty encountered in production can become a point of explanation or verification.

The ICC training experience completes this approach: understanding the setting, its effect on the file and the controls before output.

Support developments and arrivals

A change of application or the arrival of a new employee requires a return to good practice. Supports and operating markers facilitate recovery.

Tracking returns helps clarify documentation and explanations. The objective is to give teams useful information to work and report a problem in an actionable way.

Understanding the exchanges

Manage developers and project dependencies.

The technical management role brings together business teams, developers and specialists to maintain consistency from framing to production.
