Temporary need: define what should work during the period
A one-time operation, trial or transition may require service for a limited period of time. The functions, users, volumes and useful interfaces must be specified. Feasibility, preparation time and possible minimum duration depend on the tool and adaptations required; a custom application is not prepared as an item available in stock.
The proposal distinguishes configuration, data recovery, availability and assistance. A first perimeter allows you to check the career path before adding other functions. Data recovery and end of access are prepared from the start.
Long term: matching the formula to the functions selected
A monthly rental may involve a site and its functions, portal or business application. The proposal describes the modules made available, the users concerned and the operations planned for commissioning. Future developments must have a clear rule of demand and encryption.
The duration, notice and conditions of continuation or termination are specified for each offer. A monthly formula does not automatically mean absence of commitment, transfer of ownership or unlimited development. The rights to components, adaptations, data and content must be distinguished.
Maintenance: Preserving usages and preparing for change
The monitoring may cover corrections, updates and control of the functions provided for in the contract. Hosting, backups, external services and functional developments should be explicitly included or treated separately. A service billed for rent may have a different perimeter than another.
An intervention is carried out on the trade route concerned. The folder should be able to retrieve the version, dependencies and deployment conditions. We prefer free bases and open interfaces when they meet the need, with documentation to transmit maintenance.
Output and Reversibility: providing more than one download
The conditions of return shall specify the data, media, formats and information necessary for their recovery. Links between objects, generated documents and interfaces with other tools must also be examined. The rights to the sources and components are those provided for by their licenses and your offer.
Before the stop, the calendar organizes the last resumption, controls and closure of accesses. The conditions for keeping and processing copies are defined. This preparation allows us to study a change of solution without late discovery of an indispensable dependence.
The conditions to be specified
Tenders are based on the equipment or service, availability and coverage. Duration, commitment, assistance, maintenance, restitution and separate services are indicated in the proposal.
What is included depends on your offer
The rental does not automatically render all the services included. The proposal distinguishes between making available, installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, licenses and possible external services.
Can we extend or evolve a rental?
The extension, addition of equipment or evolution of resources are confirmed with the team according to the availability and conditions of your offer.
How does the rental end?
The timetable provides for the resumption or export of data, possible return of equipment and accessories, controls and closure of accesses according to agreed conditions.
