Sustainability
Understand and maintain applications already in place.
Dtouch · Social responsibility
Useful software must be able to be understood, maintained and transmitted. Our contribution to a more responsible digital system requires the resumption of existing ones, targeted developments and the support of people.

Understand and maintain applications already in place.
Develop based on gestures and business needs.
Document decisions and prepare for project continuity.
Reverse engineering and recovery are part of Dtouch’s professions. Understanding an application, its formats and its dependencies allows you to study its maintenance or evolution before deciding on a replacement.
The work may involve a connector, processing, interface, or data flow. The decision takes into account uses, security, dependencies and the ability to continue maintenance.
Our case studies include site takeovers, software integrations and the evolution of production tools. Each intervention takes place in its technical and professional context.
A quote, product sheet or publication may be made through several software packages. Connectors and integration treatments are used to link these steps and to limit re-entry when the flow is defined.
Automation starts with field documents and exceptions. The controls concern the data received, their transformation and the result expected by users.
The usefulness of a treatment is verified in the work carried out. Its calculation needs, dependencies and maintenance are part of the technical choice.
We prepare developments within a defined scope, with a suitable copy or backup. The tests focus on the exchanges, documents and routes actually used.
The decisions, limits and consequences of the intervention are documented to facilitate monitoring. The transmission of access and useful elements allows the customer to maintain control of their tools.
Users, contributors and developers participate according to their role. Their feedback makes it possible to verify that a development meets the need and can be handled.
The needs of an application also depend on the workstations, network and hosting. Exchanges with Agedis, Cloudlab and Alltech allow these dependencies to be processed when the project requires it.
The lifespan of equipment and the simplicity of use are among the responsible digital levers described by ADEME. Maintaining software must be examined with its resources and constraints, on the scale of the service provided.
This complementarity is accompanied by field actions: the Alltech CSR 2026 booklet presents the integration and training of teams, repair and sorting. It is available below to discover this approach.
The resumption of an application and the migration of its data may be accompanied by a hardware release. We can mobilize Agedis for erasing hard drives and providing a report, in addition to work on the software and data to be retained.
For Socomec, Agedis processed a batch of 44 hard drives between August 19 and September 3, 2026. The report sent to the customer on September 25, 2026 includes a summary and an individual certificate for each of the drives.
The report specifies the method used, the processing dates, the results of the checks and any limitations noted on the media. These elements make it possible to keep a trace of the operation in the equipment file.
