Connect your collaborative tools to your business.

A document in the right file, a validation passed on to the right tool, an updated status: Dtouch prepares connections between your applications and collaborative spaces.

01

The trigger

A file creation, a validated document or a change in status.

02

The rules

Reference source, rights, controls and recovery in case of error.

03

The result

Document, link or notification in the space used by the team.

Start from a useful exchange, then choose the connector.

We study the APIs available in your Microsoft 365 or Nextcloud environment, the versions, licenses and authorizations required. A connection can concern SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams or Nextcloud files and shares, depending on the interfaces actually accessible.

The framework specifies the information exchanged, its direction of circulation, the reference software and the events which trigger the processing. It avoids multiplying copies without an update rule.

Uses to build with your teams.

Create a documentary space when opening a customer file; submit a validated document from an ERP; transmit a sharing link to a portal; notify a team when a step changes: these examples of routes should be adapted to your organization.

We can start from an existing development, prepare a prototype and verify the exchange with users before putting it into production.

Limited access and treatments that can be followed.

The connector's rights are limited to useful operations. Tests include duplicates, missing files, interruptions, and permission errors. Treatment monitoring and recovery rules are planned with the project.

Technical secrets remain in the execution environment. The documentation describes dependencies, access to maintain and how to evolve the connection.

Keep a maintainable connection.

Access specific to your applications, exchange diagrams and documentation are at your disposal. The provision of sources developed for the project and the limits linked to third-party components are specified in the framework.

Agedis supports accounts and uses; Cloudlab prepares hosting when part of the project. Dtouch supports business development and integration. A one-off repair or intervention can be studied without imposing a maintenance package.

Your questions.

Can we connect an application already in use?

Yes, after examining its operation, its interfaces and the access available. We define a first testable link before preparing the switch.

Can all tools be synchronized?

It depends on APIs, versions, licenses and permissions. Scoping checks feasibility and limits before promising synchronization.
